If a customer disr his number by giving info fnf & lst recharge but when called again for cosr his number, does he need same info or other 2 info ?

Customer no need to provide the same info. Customer can provide any 2 info from Last recharge, 2 Dial No. (Non FnF), FnF, Account balance (In case of Unregistered SIM). For Registered SIM need to provide RF info.
