What is the proper communication for DISC BY CCM customers? Should they pay 80% of their total bill or have to clear total over due?

If in TABS shows "DISC By CCM" then need to pay as per policy:

1. For regular category below 80% of CL.

2. For UBCC category need to clear his Past Due (Please also check that after payment the Past Due the bill should get below 20% of CL).
